Mussels and chilli appetizer

Serves 3
INGREDIENTS
• 2 Garlic cloves
• Half a bunch chopped parsley
• 1 Hot chilli chopped
• 4 tbsp Olive oil
• 500g Big mussles
• 120ml Dry white wine
• 1 Lemon juice
• 6 Brown bread slices/crackers

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fry the garlic and chilli in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add the mussels, washed really good and drained, leave on a high heat for 8 minutes.
2. Pour the wine, leave until evaporated. Sprinkle with parsley, lemon juice and season.
3. Place the mussels on top of the bread slices and serve.
