Ingrediente:
2 catei usturoi
1 legatura patrunjel tocat
2 ardei iuti rosii tocati marunt
4 linguri ulei masline
500g scoici mari
120ml vin alb sec
6 felii paine neagra prajita
Zeama o lamaie
Mod de pregatire:
Intr-o tigaie mare, rumeniti 2 minute in ulei, usturoiul si ardeiul. Puneti apoi si scoicile si lasati sa fiarba 8 minute la foc mare.
Aranjati painea prajita in mijlocul farfuriei, deasupra puneti scoicile cu sosul lor si serviti imediat.
